  • 5 – 6 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Vidalia onion – sliced thin
  • ¼ cup of fresh Italian parsley – chopped
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • Freshly grated Romano cheese
  • ¼ tsp. Ground oregano
  • ¼ tsp. Ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 pat of butter
