Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes (I used 1 red and 1 yellow, halved)
- ¼ cup red onions (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- 8 oz. Burrata mozzarella
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
- crusty Italian bread (for serving)
Instruction
- Arrange halved tomatoes on a plate. Top with red onions and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Place burrata cheese in center of plate. Drizzle olive oil over both burrata and tomatoes. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve with crusty Italian bread.
