Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes (I used 1 red and 1 yellow, halved)
  • ¼ cup red onions (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 8 oz. Burrata mozzarella
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • crusty Italian bread (for serving)

Instruction

  • Arrange halved tomatoes on a plate. Top with red onions and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Place burrata cheese in center of plate. Drizzle olive oil over both burrata and tomatoes. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve with crusty Italian bread.
