Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemongrass paste
  • 4 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 - inch size ginger peeled
  • 1 tablespoon(s) tom yum paste
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped cilantro
  • 1 small lime juice and zest
  • 3 - scallions white parts only
  • 1 tablespoon(s) shrimp paste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 4 - white fish fillets your choice i used bass
  • 1/2 cup(s) coconut cream milk
  • - cilantro or chives for garnish

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients except fish fillets and coconut cream in a food processor. Process to a paste.
  • Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place fish on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread 1/2 the paste mixture over each fish. Cover with foil and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Heat the coconut cream with the remaining paste.Serve the fish over rice or rice noodles. Pour the coconut cream sauce over top and garnish with cilantro or chives.
