  • kala namak, (to taste, optional, for eggy flavor or regular table salt, to taste)
  • black pepper to taste
  • about 4 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 avocado, (sliced)
  • lots of salsa, (your favorite variety)
  • fresh cilantro, (optional)
  • chopped scallions, (optional)
