Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 oz extra firm tofu ((well drained) (340g))
- 6 oz salmon ((170g))
- 1 medium carrot ((chopped))
- 1 green onion ((thinly sliced))
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp rice flour ((16g))
- ½ tsp salt
- Vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Instruction
- Process tofu and salmon until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add carrot, green onion, black sesame seeds, rice flour, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Using two spoons, shape heaping spoonfuls of tofu mixture into balls. Drop into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
