Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 oz extra firm tofu ((well drained) (340g))
  • 6 oz salmon ((170g))
  • 1 medium carrot ((chopped))
  • 1 green onion ((thinly sliced))
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp rice flour ((16g))
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Instruction

  • Process tofu and salmon until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Add carrot, green onion, black sesame seeds, rice flour, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Using two spoons, shape heaping spoonfuls of tofu mixture into balls. Drop into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm.
