Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 15 oz box Butter Pecan Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Toffee bits

Instruction

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350
 F. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the toffee bits
.
  • 2. Combine well and spoon out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
. If the dough is quite sticky, wet a spoon or finger and smooth down mound of dough into a nice round sphere.
 For added decoration, use the tines of a fork to flatten the cookie and make a decoration on the top
. Sprinkle a small bit of toffee bits on top of the cookie before it goes into the oven
.
  • 3. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, or until golden
. (less time = softer cookie) Let cookies sit on the pan for about 2 – 3 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
