Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup coconut (shredded, unsweetened; toasted)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free, if desired)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (pea)
  • 1/3 cup honey

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl, mix until everything is combined.
  • Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then scoop 1 tbsp of dough and roll in between your palms to create a ball.
  • Place ball on a parchment lined sheet pan and repeat with remaining dough.
  • Refrigerate for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
