Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1 slice Quick Keto Chia Bread (Fats of Life recipe)
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 35 g strong Cheddar (grated)
  • pink Himalayan salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to max grill.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and add the slice of Quick Keto Chia Bread. Cook on both sides until toasty with a lovely crust.
  • Remove and place on a baking tray. Lay on the slices of tomato.
  • Cover with the cheese.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbling and starting to gratin. Season with pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper.
