The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 slice Quick Keto Chia Bread (Fats of Life recipe)
- 3 slices tomato
- 35 g strong Cheddar (grated)
- pink Himalayan salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to max grill.
- Heat the butter in a pan and add the slice of Quick Keto Chia Bread. Cook on both sides until toasty with a lovely crust.
- Remove and place on a baking tray. Lay on the slices of tomato.
- Cover with the cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbling and starting to gratin. Season with pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper.
