  • 400 g reduced fat soft cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g soft light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 300 ml reduced fat double cream
  • 125 g lighter mascarpone
  • 10 g dark chocolate (finely grated)
