Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Packet Tim Tams, Crushed ((200g))
  • 3 Tbsp. Icing Sugar ((25g))
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese ((125g))
  • 1 and 1/3 Cups Dark Chocolate ((225-250g))

Instruction

  • Crush the Tim Tams and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add in the icing sugar and cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  • Roll into balls and place on a plate lined with non stick paper and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate and using a chocolate dipping stick or spoon, dip each ball into the chocolate and place back on the plate.
  • Place in the fridge for an hour or two until set.
