Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 ounces grapefruit soda
- 2 ounces gin alternative ((we used Monday, but Ritual Zero Proof is also great))
- Splash butterfly pea flower tea ((we used Suncore Foods butterfly pea flowers to make our tea) )
- 1-2 ounces pomegranate juice
- Squeeze of lemon juice ((omit or use less if using a less sweet grapefruit soda like Fever Tree))
Instruction
- In a small glass, add the ice and the grapefruit soda.
- Pour a splash of the butterfly pea flower tea on top for color, allowing the color to swirl into the glass with the soda.
- Pour the pomegranate juice into the glass.
- Top with a bit more blue butterfly pea flower tea for additional blue color if you want. Sometimes this will create nice swirls, and other times it will create distinct layers depending on how you pour it!
