  • basil leaves (finely chopped)
  • ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 4-ounce can solid white tuna, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon capers (drained)
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
