Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 pound(s) steak, (choice meat, ex. rib eye, top sirloin, etc)
- 1 package(s) "fully cooked" prepared "beef roast in au jus" (15 oz)
- 2 can(s) chili beans (16 oz each)
- 2 can(s) red kidney beans (16 oz each)
- 2 can(s) great northern (white) beans (16 oz each)
- 1 large jalapeño
- 1 - choice of sweet pepper (red, orange, yellow)
- 1 can(s) sweet corn (16 oz)
- 2 can(s) tomato sauce (16 oz each)
- 1 can(s) tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1 - packet "chili' seasoning
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- - salt & pepper to taste
Instruction
- Add beans, corn, sauces, paste, and garlic to large pot and cook on medium heat.
- Brown ground beef, add 1/4 packet "chili" seasoning to meat. Pour the rest into pot and add meat to pot when done browning. (drain depending on how lean the meat)
- Grill steak (with dash of salt and pepper) to desired color, (medium usually chops best) chop and add to pot.
- Heat up "fully cooked" microwavable "beef in au jus" per package directions, shred with two forks and add to pot.
- Chop (or mince per preference) jalapeño and pepper and add to pot.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper (to taste) and cook on low for 30-45 min.
