Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
  • 1 (11.25-oz) pkg (8 slices) frozen garlic toast
  • 12 oz thinly sliced roast beef

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, whisk vinegar, honey, mustard, oil, salt and pepper. Add slaw; toss to coat. Prepare garlic toast according to package directions. Top each of four slices cooked toast with 3 oz roast beef and slaw. Top with remaining slice garlic toast. Cut each sandwich in half.
