The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large Avocados (ripe)
- 1 fresh Lime
- 1.5 Tablespoons Fresh Salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
- Fresh Cilantro
Instruction
- Cut avocado in half and remove the seed.
- With a tablespoon scoop out the meat and place in serving bowl.
- Cut lime in half and squeeze juice over avocado.
- Using a tablespoon, gently break up the avocado so that you have large chunks.
- Add the salsa and the salt.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the top.
- Gently fold together so that you have chunky Guacamole.
- Top with a little chopped cilantro
