Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large Avocados (ripe)
  • 1 fresh Lime
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Fresh Salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning
  • Fresh Cilantro

Instruction

  • Cut avocado in half and remove the seed.  
  • With a tablespoon scoop out the meat and place in serving bowl.
  • Cut lime in half and squeeze juice over avocado.
  • Using a tablespoon, gently break up the avocado so that you have large chunks.  
  • Add the salsa and the salt.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the top.  
  • Gently fold together so that you have chunky Guacamole.
  • Top with a little chopped cilantro
