Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
- 3 large garlic cloves (peeled)
- 2 red Jalapeño peppers (deseeded)
- ¼ c. white distilled vinegar
- ½ c. sugar
- ¾ c. water
- ½ tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 c. cooked chicken (cubed & seasoned with cumin, salt, & pepper)
- 1 medium zucchini (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 white onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella (1 c. reserved)
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onions
- Red pepper flakes (optional garnish)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- With prepared pizza dough, spread thinly and evenly on a round pizza pan or stone. Spread 1/2 c. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce evenly over crust. Top with 1 c. shredded mozzarella followed by zucchini slices, chicken, and onions (red and white).
- Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over pizza. Garnish with green onions & red pepper flakes.
- Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, until cheese is fully melted and crust is cooked.
