Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
  • 3 large garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 2 red Jalapeño peppers (deseeded)
  • ¼ c. white distilled vinegar
  • ½ c. sugar
  • ¾ c. water
  • ½ tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 c. cooked chicken (cubed & seasoned with cumin, salt, & pepper)
  • 1 medium zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 white onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella (1 c. reserved)
  • 2 tbsp. sliced green onions
  • Red pepper flakes (optional garnish)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 F. 
  • With prepared pizza dough, spread thinly and evenly on a round pizza pan or stone. Spread 1/2 c. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce evenly over crust. Top with 1 c. shredded mozzarella followed by zucchini slices, chicken, and onions (red and white). 
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over pizza. Garnish with green onions & red pepper flakes.
  • Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, until cheese is fully melted and crust is cooked.
