Ingredients

The following ingredients have 15 Servings
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 oz . whipped chocolate frosting
  • 1 sleeve (about 16 cookies) Thin Mint cookies, crushed

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 11 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine butter, eggs and maple syrup.
  • Add cocoa, sugar, flour baking powder and salt and stir on low until combined.
  • Pour into prepared dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Allow to fully cool before frosting.
  • Stir frosting well and spread over brownies. Top with crushed cookies.
