The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- For the chocolate mousse:
- 2 cups mashed or sliced avocado
- ¼ cup
- raw cacao powder
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon
- vanilla bean powder
- or extract
- For the chocolate pecan crumble topping:
- ⅓ cup
- raw cacao nibs
- ½ cup raw pecans
- ½ cup dates, pitted
Instruction

- For the chocolate mousse, in a high-speed blender, blend avocado, cacao powder, dates, and vanilla bean until a thick creamy texture is achieved. Spoon into serving bowls and set aside.

- For the chocolate pecan crumble topping, in a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients by pulsing repeatedly until a graham cracker crust consistency is achieved. Sprinkle on top of mousse and serve.
