Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instruction

  • Cream together the butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 
  • Then add in the flour. 
  • Then add in the oats.
  • Then add in all the chocolate and coconut. If you want, feel free to add in more dark or milk chocolate. Another 1/2 cup of dark would be lovely. Or white chocolate. Or perhaps you feel like more milk chocolate. Point being, more chocolate is better.
  • Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, and if wanted, flatten slightly. 
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes. 
  • And do try them warm and oh-so chocolatey gooey straight from the oven.
