Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instruction
- Cream together the butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Then add in the flour.
- Then add in the oats.
- Then add in all the chocolate and coconut. If you want, feel free to add in more dark or milk chocolate. Another 1/2 cup of dark would be lovely. Or white chocolate. Or perhaps you feel like more milk chocolate. Point being, more chocolate is better.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, and if wanted, flatten slightly.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes.
- And do try them warm and oh-so chocolatey gooey straight from the oven.
