The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1/4 - 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instruction

  • Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender in the order listed and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with desired toppings.
