- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
- 2 cups kale
- 1/4 - 1/2 of an avocado
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Instruction
- Add all smoothie ingredients into a blender in the order listed and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with desired toppings.
