The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 ounces Canadian Bacon (chopped (may swap bacon) - leave off for a vegetarian pizza)

  • 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1-2 canned chipotle chilies (depending on the amount of heat you like, finely chopped (I used 2))
  • 1/2 a lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2-4 tablespoons sweet thai chili sauce (again, depending on the amount of heat you like (I used 4 tablespoons))
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 4 slices thick fresh pineapple (finely chopped (may used canned, but I prefer fresh))
  • 2 jalapeños (seeded - if desired)
