Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 ripe avocados (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  • 1/4 small red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes (finely diced)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, gently mash the avocados to desired consistency using the back of a fork.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and lightly stir to combine. Season with any additional salt or lime juice to taste.
  • Refrigerate, covered with saran wrap, for one hour.
