Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries (approx 6-8)
  • 1 Banana (frozen if possible)
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (or Almond Milk)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Ice
  • 6 ounces Greek Yogurt (OPTIONAL)

Instruction

  • Blend blueberries, strawberries, banana, spinach, orange juice, water, and ice until smooth. Add optional greek yogurt.
  • **Use frozen fruit, if possible. Freeze bananas by peeling them and placing them in freezer bags.
