Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Strawberries (approx 6-8)
- 1 Banana (frozen if possible)
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Orange Juice (or Almond Milk)
- 1/2 cup Water
- Ice
- 6 ounces Greek Yogurt (OPTIONAL)
Instruction
- Blend blueberries, strawberries, banana, spinach, orange juice, water, and ice until smooth. Add optional greek yogurt.
- **Use frozen fruit, if possible. Freeze bananas by peeling them and placing them in freezer bags.
