Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos (or gluten-free tamari)
  • 1 large red onion, sliced thinly
  • Filtered water

Instruction

  • In a quart-sized jar, pour in apple cider vinegar and coconut aminos or tamari sauce.
  • Add the sliced onions.
  • Pour in filtered water until the onion slices are completely submerged.
  • Close the lid and shake it a few times so the liquids are mixed together.
  • Leave it at room temperature for an hour.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
