Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
- 2 tsp coconut aminos (or gluten-free tamari)
- 1 large red onion, sliced thinly
- Filtered water
Instruction
- In a quart-sized jar, pour in apple cider vinegar and coconut aminos or tamari sauce.
- Add the sliced onions.
- Pour in filtered water until the onion slices are completely submerged.
- Close the lid and shake it a few times so the liquids are mixed together.
- Leave it at room temperature for an hour.
- Store in the refrigerator.
