Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- -6 bananas (previously frozen is ideal)
- -2 cups milk (any milk works, I use full fat milk)
- -handful ice
- -1 tsp cinnamon
- -1 tsp nutmeg
- -coconut flakes for topping
Instruction
- -Combine all ingredients in a jar / bowl (except for the coconut flakes) and mix everything using a blender or hand mixer (you can add water if you're looking for a more liquid consistency)
- -Serve in glasses/jars and top with coconut flakes
- -Enjoy!
