Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • -6 bananas (previously frozen is ideal)
  • -2 cups milk (any milk works, I use full fat milk)
  • -handful ice
  • -1 tsp cinnamon
  • -1 tsp nutmeg
  • -coconut flakes for topping

Instruction

  • -Combine all ingredients in a jar / bowl (except for the coconut flakes) and mix everything using a blender or hand mixer (you can add water if you're looking for a more liquid consistency)
  • -Serve in glasses/jars and top with coconut flakes
  • -Enjoy!
