The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 oz unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- ½ cup oil (can be substituted with 4 oz / 115 g of butter)
- ½ tsp salt
- 10.5 oz white sugar (1 ½ cups)
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- ¾ cup milk (preferably full fat, see recipe notes)
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract (good quality)
- 11.1 oz AP flour (2 ½ cups, measured by spoon and level method )
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 recipe Vanilla Buttercream Frosting OR
- 2 recipe Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
