The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 oz unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup oil (can be substituted with 4 oz / 115 g of butter)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 10.5 oz white sugar (1 ½ cups)
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup milk (preferably full fat, see recipe notes)
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract (good quality)
  • 11.1 oz AP flour (2 ½ cups, measured by spoon and level method )
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 recipe Vanilla Buttercream Frosting OR
  • 2 recipe Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
