- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs, ((or regular breadcrumbs))
- 2 eggs
- 2 scallions or green onions, (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking Sake or Shaoxing, ((Chinese wine or dry sherry))
- Pinch salt and pepper, (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced ((or 2 teaspoons))
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha (or more. (Adjust to your preference of spice))
- Sesame seeds
- 1 green onion (finely sliced)
