Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 Cups Sweet Potatoes (Cooked and mashed, about 3 large sweet potatoes)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Pecans (Finely chopped)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Using a wooden spoon and a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes with the filling and stir together until creamy. Use a spatula to transfer to a greased casserole dish.
  • Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly, then sprinkle over the filling. Bake for 30 minutes.
