Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 Cups Sweet Potatoes (Cooked and mashed, about 3 large sweet potatoes)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)
- 1 Cup Brown sugar
- 1/3 Cup Butter (Melted)
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Pecans (Finely chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Using a wooden spoon and a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes with the filling and stir together until creamy. Use a spatula to transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly, then sprinkle over the filling. Bake for 30 minutes.
