Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 4 steaks of your choice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 /2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1-2 teaspoons brown sugar, to taste

Instruction

  • Place steaks in a large lidded plastic container or a large sealing Ziploc bag. 
  • Whisk together the marinade ingredients. 
  • Pour the steak marinade over the steaks.
  • Let marinate in the fridge for 2-8 hours.
  • To cook, heat up the grill or barbeque.  Remove the steaks from the marinade. Cook steaks until preferred doneness.
