Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • 3-4 steaks (rib eye or New York strip are great choices)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • fresh parsley (chopped)

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, and red pepper.
  • Place the steaks in a zip lock bag or large bowl and pour the marinade on top. Turn the steaks to ensure all sides are coated in the marinade.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
