Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, ( removed from casings)
  • 3 Tbsp minced onion flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Cook Italian Sausage in large skillet until browned. Transfer to 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve with your favorite pasta.
