Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 cups mango (diced (about 1 large or 2 small mangos))
  • juice and zest of one lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped (see notes))
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped )
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • For best results, allow to sit covered in refrigerator for at least two hours before eating.
  • Serve on tacos, with tortilla chips, or spooned on top of grilled chicken, fish, or shrimp.
