Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 cups mango (diced (about 1 large or 2 small mangos))
- juice and zest of one lime
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped (see notes))
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped )
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- For best results, allow to sit covered in refrigerator for at least two hours before eating.
- Serve on tacos, with tortilla chips, or spooned on top of grilled chicken, fish, or shrimp.
