Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces Baby Spinach
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat.
  • Add the olive oil and allow to heat up.
  • Add the spinach, salt and pepper, and saute until wilted, then add the butter and cream.
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes, until the cream has thickened, then add the parmesan.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Serve immediately.
