Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tomato (finely diced)
  • 0.25 Red onion (finely diced)
  • 6 tbsp Fresh coriander (cilantro) (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 0.5 Lime ((juice only))
  • 1 Jalapeños (chopped (more or less depending how spicy you like it))
  • 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 rasher bacon (cooked and diced)

Instruction

  • Mash the avocado, preferably in a pestle and mortar, but a bowl and fork will work.
  • Mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve immediately.
