Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 Avocados
- 1 tomato (finely diced)
- 0.25 Red onion (finely diced)
- 6 tbsp Fresh coriander (cilantro) (chopped)
- 2 Garlic clove (crushed)
- 0.5 Lime ((juice only))
- 1 Jalapeños (chopped (more or less depending how spicy you like it))
- 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 rasher bacon (cooked and diced)
Instruction
- Mash the avocado, preferably in a pestle and mortar, but a bowl and fork will work.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve immediately.
