Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 ears corn
  • 4 teaspoons Chef Shamy Garlic Butter or regular butter
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • Clean the grill grates and preheat grill to medium-high heat, 500 degrees.
  • Remove the husks and silks from the corn. 
  • Place the ears of corn on the grill. Turn the corn every 2-3 minutes, to prevent burning. Corn should be done in about 15 minutes. Serve with Chef Shamy butter, regular butter, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
