The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 ears corn
- 4 teaspoons Chef Shamy Garlic Butter or regular butter
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instruction
- Clean the grill grates and preheat grill to medium-high heat, 500 degrees.
- Remove the husks and silks from the corn.
- Place the ears of corn on the grill. Turn the corn every 2-3 minutes, to prevent burning. Corn should be done in about 15 minutes. Serve with Chef Shamy butter, regular butter, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
