Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup Gruyere Cheese (shredded)
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

Instruction

  • Butter the outside of the slices of the sourdough bread.
  • Place the four different kinds of cheese between the buttered slices of bread.
  • Heat a skillet to medium and place sandwich on heat and cook for 3 minutes until the bottom side is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Remove from heat and serve.
