Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 pounds ribeye steak (approximately 2 steaks)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves (sliced thinly)
- 4-6 Tbsp unsalted butter
- rosemary (fresh)
- thyme (fresh)
Instruction
- Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Season the Ribeye Steaks with salt and pepper. When oil is nice and hot, sear the seasoned steaks on all the sides to get a nice crust.
- Add in the garlic, butter, rosemary and thyme.
- Reduce the heat to medium and let them cook until desired internal temperature.
