Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 pounds ribeye steak (approximately 2 steaks)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves (sliced thinly)
  • 4-6 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • rosemary (fresh)
  • thyme (fresh)

Instruction

  • Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the skillet.
  • Season the Ribeye Steaks with salt and pepper. When oil is nice and hot, sear the seasoned steaks on all the sides to get a nice crust.
  • Add in the garlic, butter, rosemary and thyme.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and let them cook until desired internal temperature.
