Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 large hard boiled eggs, (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup low fat or regular mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 stalks green onions, (chopped)
- 2 stalks celery, (diced)
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh dill, (chopped)
Instruction
- Using a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, celery, spices, and dill. Mix completely. Add chopped eggs and fold carefully into the sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Serve.
