Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 large hard boiled eggs, (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup low fat or regular mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 stalks green onions, (chopped)
  • 2 stalks celery, (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill, (chopped)

Instruction

  • Using a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, celery, spices, and dill. Mix completely. Add chopped eggs and fold carefully into the sauce.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Serve.
