Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces dark Bajan rum (the older, the better)
- 2 ounces water
- 2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Freshly grated nutmeg*
Instruction
- Stir all ingredients and pour over ice.
- If making a pitcher-full, simply multiply the recipe by 8.
- *Add a little fresh grated nutmeg if you like.
