Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond flour (or all purpose)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites (room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- In a small bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and vanilla; mix well.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 325° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on rack and enjoy.
- Store uneaten cookies in an airtight container.
