Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup chopped [raw cashews]
  • 1/2 cup chopped [raw almonds]
  • 1/4 cup [raisins] or c[raisins]
  • 3/4 cups raw [pepitas]
  • 3/4 cup [sunflower seeds]
  • 1/3 cup [chia seeds]
  • 3 tablespoons [raw cacao powder]
  • 1/4 cup chopped [dark organic chocolate]
  • 1/2 cup [honey]

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 325
  • line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper
  • place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  • spread mixture in the baking pan and press down with a wooden spoon or spatula
  • bake for 12 to 15 minutes
  • remove from the oven and press the mixture down again
  • allow to cool for about 30 minutes (or refrigerate for 15 minutes) and cut them into squares.
  • store in the refrigerator for best results
