Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 loaf french bread (or 6 rolls)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 oz parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (optional)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  • Add cheese and garlic powder (and parsley if using) and mix well.
  • Spread cheese mixture over french bread or rolls and place on a pan.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Broil 1 minute if desired.
