Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 loaf french bread (or 6 rolls)
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 4 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 oz parmesan cheese (grated)
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley (optional)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- Add cheese and garlic powder (and parsley if using) and mix well.
- Spread cheese mixture over french bread or rolls and place on a pan.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Broil 1 minute if desired.
