Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 thick pieces of bread
  • 4 ounces turkey breast
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 egg

Instruction

  • In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise thyme, poultry seasoning and sage.
  • Spread this mixture on each slice of bread. You probably don't need to use all of this for 1 sandwich
  • Divide the turkey in half and place on each piece of bread over the mayonnaise.
  • Top one of the pieces with the cranberry sauce and put both pieces together.
  • Try to compact the sandwich together to make it more sturdy for the egg dipping.
  • Beat the egg in a shallow bowl and then dip both sides of the sandwich with the egg.
  • Add butter to a skillet and heat to medium high. Place the dipped sandwich into the pan and turn the heat down ot medium. Brown one side and then flip and brown the other.
