Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 9 ozs dried Rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsps Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 tsps chopped, red chili peppers
  • 2.667 cups Beef fillet (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 cup Garlic chive (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsps Lime juice
  • 2 tsps brown sugar
  • 0.875 cup Bean sprout
  • 0.25 cup frozen peas
  • 0.333 cup canned soybean
  • salt
  • peppers
  • scallions (cut into rings at an angle)
  • Lemon wedge

Instruction

  • Soak the noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Add the garlic, chilli and beef and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
  • Add the drained noodles and garlic chives, cover and fry for a further 1 minute.
  • Add the fish sauce, lime juice and sugar and stir well until everything is heated evenly. Add the bean sprouts, peas and soybeans and cook until piping hot.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve garnished with spring onions and lemon wedges.
