Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lime juice (plus more to taste)
  • 2 tsp chili garlic sauce (or sub sriracha)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
  • 3 tbsp water (plus more as needed)
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, you can stir by hand; if you go this route, grate the ginger (instead of mincing it) and whisk together with a hand whisk until smooth. Add more lime juice/red pepper flakes/salt as needed and enjoy!
