The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tbs. fresh minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbs. soy sauce
  • 3 tbs. hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • spinach
  • pulled rotisserie chicken
  • shredded/grated carrots
  • bean sprouts (alfafa sprouts)
  • cilantro
  • green onions

Instruction

  • Whisk together ginger, peanut butter, water, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flake in a small bowl…and voila! Spicy Thai peanut dressing, homemade.
  • Chop and mix the remaining ingredients
  • Drizzle with dressing
