Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 160ml can coconut milk
  • hot or sweet chilli sauce, to serve

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Spray two 12-hole mini muffin trays with oil.
  • Combine mince, oyster sauce, garlic, flour, fish sauce, coriander and coconut milk in a large bowl.
  • Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into holes of prepared pans.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with chilli sauce.
