Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 500g chicken mince
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 160ml can coconut milk
- hot or sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Spray two 12-hole mini muffin trays with oil.
- Combine mince, oyster sauce, garlic, flour, fish sauce, coriander and coconut milk in a large bowl.
- Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into holes of prepared pans.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with chilli sauce.
