Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak (cut into 1 cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 4 Limes (juice of)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 large Green Bell Pepper (cut into bite size pieces)

Instruction

  • Soak the skewers in water for at least 15 minutes, and preheat the grill to high.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and let marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  • Skewer the beef and peppers, alternating between the beef and peppers. Grill until the beef has reached your desired internal temperature. Enjoy!
