Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces very fresh mung bean sprouts
  • 2 scallions (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 sliced Thai bird chilies  or 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemongrass paste
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instruction

  • Place salad ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk together ingredients for the dressing and gently toss with the salad.
  • Serve at once.
