Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces very fresh mung bean sprouts
- 2 scallions (shredded)
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh carrots
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 sliced Thai bird chilies or 2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lemongrass paste
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instruction
- Place salad ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk together ingredients for the dressing and gently toss with the salad.
- Serve at once.
