Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 pounds thick pork chops on the bone
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 4 teaspoons organic sugar
- 4 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 lemongrass stalks (trimmed, smashed)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
Instruction
- Put marinade ingredients in food processor and process until almost smooth.
- Place pork chops in a large bowl; pour marinade on top and toss to coat all sides. Marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Place marinated pork chops on oiled foil-lined baking sheet. Transfer to hot grill and grill until cooked to desired doneness.
- Serve with Thai Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce, if desired.
