Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 pounds thick pork chops on the bone
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 4 teaspoons organic sugar
  • 4 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2 lemongrass stalks (trimmed, smashed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

Instruction

  • Put marinade ingredients in food processor and process until almost smooth.
  • Place pork chops in a large bowl; pour marinade on top and toss to coat all sides. Marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Place marinated pork chops on oiled foil-lined baking sheet. Transfer to hot grill and grill until cooked to desired doneness.
  • Serve with Thai Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce, if desired.
